Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aiogeoexpert.com (the "Site") and any services provided by AIOGEO Expert ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
2. Services
AIOGEO Expert provides AI visibility, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI SEO, content optimization, entity optimization, citation optimization and related consulting services ("Services"). Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for Services are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between AIOGEO Expert and the client.
3. No Guaranteed Results
AI models, search engines and their ranking or citation behavior are controlled by third parties and change without notice. While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, citation rates, mentions, traffic or business outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate information, and necessary approvals required to perform the Services, and for the accuracy of content and claims they ask us to publish on their behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of AIOGEO Expert or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOGEO Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly set out in a signed service agreement.
9. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, including AI engines we do not control or operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms. Termination of a Services engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIOGEO Expert is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
